Dream Chaser (Hot Yoga)

Dream Chaser is a heated and energetic vinyasa yoga class with a powerful flow designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. The poses are challenging as you move from one pose to the next quickly. At 95 degrees, the music is bumping, the sweat is dripping, and we are having a good time. If you like a powerful, heated flow then this class is for you!

Lucid Dream (Restorative Yoga)

Lucid Dream is a relaxing, grounding, and non-heated practice, providing a relief at the end of the day. A slow, grounding flow will warm you up, followed by a variety of poses held for 2-5 minutes. Lucid Dream will give you the opportunity to slow down and move with more awareness and grace. This class is great for winding down and resetting at the end of the day. This class is appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

Dream and Relieve:  Non-Heated (Dream Flow) 

Dream and Relieve is a non-heated vinyasa-based class where the poses are linked together with breath. Expect to flow through poses holding each pose for 5-8 breaths, giving students the freedom to explore and experience individual postures, while mindfully working on body, breath, and mind. This class will also offer the opportunity to focus on your flexibility, strength and tone. This is a mixed-level class providing options for all experience levels.

Dream Crusher

Dream Crusher is a balance of weight training and yoga. This class is heated and designed to get you working and sweating. Dream Crusher offers a full body workout to upbeat and lively music, challenging your stamina and endurance, with the goal of crushing it! This class is appropriate for all levels.

Dream Weaver

Dream Weaver is a heated slow flow that utilizes key yoga principles to build endurance, deepen breath connection, and make space for practitioners to connect with themselves. In this class there is an emphasis on building sustainable strength and control, not only in the body, but also in the mind. Expect to slow down and hold poses in the heat while cultivating breath awareness and ending with an elongated shavasana. This mindful heated flow is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
