Here at Dream Yoga and Wellness we offer a wide range of wellness resources. Our yoga is different because it has a unique combination of heat, music, poses, mindfulness, and community. Our core values of inclusivity, luxury, and alignment of mind, body and spirit brings healing in your wellness journey and yoga practice.

By offering therapy in our wellness center at a luxury level we will break the stigma associated with Mental health. We will show the importance of alignment of your mental and physical health. Our luxurious ambience will present a welcoming environment. By having some of the best mental health professionals, and yoga teachers on the east coast we will be able to provide more than a class, or session but an experience. Our locker rooms will include custom made infrared saunas with individual showers. Dream Yoga and Wellness is beyond excited to bring this resource to Indian Land, SC.
