Dream Yoga + Wellness Studio Policies
To provide a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all members and guests, Dream Yoga & Wellness has established the following studio policies.

A Late Cancellation Fee of $10 will be charged when a reserved class is canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled class start time. This policy promotes consistent attendance and helps make the best use of available class spaces.
To provide a safe, focused, and uninterrupted class experience, participants are expected to arrive prior to the scheduled class start time.
- Members may enter the practice room up to 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time.
- Members arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to enter class.
- This policy applies to all classes and is enforced consistently for all members.
A No Show Fee of $10 will be charged when a member reserves a class and does not attend without canceling. Members with a 4x or 8x monthly membership will lose the class credit in addition to being charged a no-show fee. Members are encouraged to cancel reservations as soon as they know they will be unable to attend, allowing others the opportunity to participate.
Members who need to temporarily pause their membership may submit a Membership Freeze Request Form for review.
- To freeze a membership, members must submit our Freeze Request Form. Freezes will be processed within 24 hours of submission.
- Memberships may be frozen in one-month increments.
- Members may freeze their membership for up to 3 months per calendar year.
- A one-time $25 freeze fee will be charged for each approved freeze request.
- Freeze requests must be submitted prior to the requested freeze start date and are subject to approval by studio management.
- Membership billing will automatically resume at the end of the approved freeze period unless otherwise communicated by the studio.

To cancel a membership, a 30-day notice is required. Requests are done by submitting our Cancellation Request Form. Cancellations will be processed within 24 hours of submission.
- Membership dues will continue to be billed during the 30-day notice period. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for membership fees that have already been processed.

Dream Yoga & Wellness is pleased to offer Child Watch as a convenience for parents and guardians while they attend classes or services. Child Watch provides short-term supervision and is not a licensed childcare service.
These policies are intended to help provide a safe, clean, and positive experience for all children, members, and staff.
- Child Watch is available exclusively at our Indian Land location.
- Child Watch is complimentary for members.
- Non-members may use Child Watch for $5 per child, per visit.
- Advance registration is encouraged, as spots are limited and may fill quickly.
- Children must be potty trained to participate.
- A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site at Dream Yoga and Wellness at all times.
- Food is not permitted in the Child Watch area. Drinks in spill-proof containers are allowed.
- Children who are ill or showing signs of illness may not attend Child Watch.
- Parents or guardians must notify staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs before leaving their child.
- Dream Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Child Watch services if a child displays disruptive or unsafe behavior, or if staff determines that the environment is no longer appropriate for the child.

Dream Yoga & Wellness offers complimentary mat and mat towel rentals to members with an Unlimited Membership.
- Members and guests without an Unlimited Membership may rent a Yoga Mat & Towel for $5.
- Rental fees must be paid prior to using the mat or mat towel.
- All rented equipment must be returned to the designated area after use.
The practice room is intended to be a peaceful, distraction-free environment.
- Cell phones should be left outside of the practice room during class.
- Phone calls, texting, and other cell phone use are not permitted during class.
To promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, Dream Yoga & Wellness has established the following age requirements for studio classes:
- Participants 16 years of age and older may attend both heated and unheated classes.

- Participants ages 13–15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the class.
- Participants ages 13–15 may attend unheated classes only.

The safety of our members and staff is our top priority. In the event of severe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances, Dream Yoga & Wellness may delay opening, modify class schedules, or temporarily close the studio.
Any closures, delayed openings, or schedule changes will be communicated through the studio's official social media pages. Members are encouraged to check our social media accounts for the most up-to-date information before traveling to the studio during inclement weather or other emergency situations.

Members may bring a guest every Monday free of charge, but may only bring the same person once a month.
All memberships require an initial 3-month commitment beginning on the membership start date.
- After the initial commitment period has been fulfilled, memberships will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
